Marc Hardy was appointed as the external reviewer for the Valuation Reports and Resettlement Action Plans produced by the Digby Wells Consortium on behalf of the East African Crude Oil Pipeline project. The project involves the construction and operation of a buried, cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil from the Lake Albert area in Uganda to the eastern coast of Tanzania (~1400km). The pipeline will run from Kabaale in Hoima District, Uganda, to a marine storage terminal located at Chongoleani, Tanga Region, Tanzania.
